POSITION SUMMARY:As a Retail Coordinator, you play a key role in how our store runs day to day — supporting your Retail Manager, guiding the team, acting as a go-to in the manager's absence, and delivering a great experience for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work as a united team with your Retail Manager — back each other up, communicate openly, and show mutual respect in front of the wider team.
• Take ownership of the shop floor.
• Be proactive and hands-on — don’t always wait to be told.
• Deliver a consistent, helpful experience for every customer.
• Maintain high standards in store presentation and product availability.
• Communicate clearly with your team and manager.
• Stay organized and on top of your tasks.
• Follow up and follow through.
• Report issues or concerns early.
• Protect the safety and privacy of everyone in the store.
• Support a positive, respectful team environment.
