If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Support Coordinator to join our Regatta Ireland Retail Support team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our retail and concession stores, helping our teams operate efficiently, deliver great customer experiences and achieve their sales goals.

What you will deliver in this role:

  • Provide day-to-day support to our retail and concession store teams, assisting with stock queries, store administration, equipment requests and operational issues.
  • Manage stock administration, ensuring write-ons, write-offs and incomplete deliveries are accurately tracked and resolved.
  • Maintain retail systems, pricing information, product data and account set-up to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Produce and distribute regular reports, including sales reports, category reporting, outstanding orders and store performance tracking.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including incentives, recognition programmes and team communications.
  • Support showroom operations by preparing product information, marketing materials, point-of-sale assets and welcoming visitors to site.
  • Assist with warehouse administration, including stock movements, POS management and faulty stock write-downs.
  • Organise travel arrangements, meetings and events, ensuring plans are delivered efficiently and within budget.

As our future Retail Support Coordinator, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative, coordinator or support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with experience handling data accurately and maintaining high standards.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships across a wide range of teams.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and confident approach when dealing with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the resilience to respond to changing priorities.
  • The ability to handle confidential information appropriately and professionally.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between stores and our warehouse when required.
