Soundstore, a leading Electrical Retailer in Munster has an immediate vacancy for Part-Time Retail Support in our Tralee Store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅Pick & Pack Online Orders

✅Deal with all administration relevant to Online Orders

✅Sell to and assist potential customers

✅Maintain an excellent product display

✅Demonstrate top-quality customer service

✅Have an interest in learning about the products

HOURS; 10-15 hours per week (predominantly weekend)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

This position will suit an energetic person who likes dealing with people. The main function of this role will be to act as general support to our Tralee Shop. An interest in electronics would be helpful but not essential. The successful candidate will be a strong people person with good interpersonal skills, capable, and a good team player. 

The job will be varied and will include preparing Click & Collect/ Web Orders for collection and post as well as assisting in the stockroom, merchandising, covering the tills, and some general sales mainly in the Computer & TV departments.

Hourly Rate €14.50 per hour.
