• As a Team Lead, you must have a passion for retail and the knowledge and experience necessary to drive sales, profitability and motivate your team to reach goals.
• We expect you to take huge pride in what you do and make sure that the Waterford Flagship store deliveries the Brand Vision.
• You will be required to lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent sales & customer experience.
• You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to plan/prioritise your daily and monthly tasks.

Requirements

• Prior relevant Team Lead experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
• People leadership skills(e.g. communication, motivation, coaching, connection and inspiration).
• Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
• Responsibility to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, merchandising and Health & Safety.
• Analytical problem solving skills and organizational abilities.
• Responsibility for the safety and performance of store employees.
• Microsoft Office Preferable.

This is a full-time role on a permanent basis, working 37.5hours per week. Benefits include:
