Army Surplus Warehouse is one of Ireland’s retailers of tools, hardware, workwear, outdoor and homeware. We are opening in Ashbourne, Co. Meath and are now seeking full-time Retail & Warehouse Operatives to join our team.

 About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied role combining retail sales with warehouse operations. You’ll work across both the shop floor and back-of-house, helping customers, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth store operations.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers and providing excellent service on the shop floor
• Supporting deliveries: unloading stock, restocking shelves, and organising the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, well-presented retail space
• Loading/unloading stock deliveries
• Ensuring health & safety and manual handling procedures are followed

 Ideal Candidate

• Previous retail, warehouse, or trade experience an advantage
• Knowledge of construction, hardware, or mechanical trades helpful
• Reliable, physically fit, and a strong team player
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full clean driving licence desirable but not essential
