Retention Manager

The Lunch Bag, one of Ireland’s fastest growing companies, is expanding again and are now looking for a Sales/Retention Managers across Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years sales experience, a great personality and a keen interest in children nutrition and well-being. Knowledge of the school meals programme is preferred.

In an extremely fast paced environment, our Sales/Retention Manager will have extremely strong communication skills and exceptional team work ethos. Performance will be evaluated based on success in winning new business and retaining existing schools.

Your role will include:

  • Managing sales Pipedrive
  • Coordinating school launches with Brand Ambassadors
  • Build relationship with new and current schools
  • Troubleshooting any concerns or questions raised by schools
  • Train and mentor Brand Ambassadors in your region
  • Represent The Lunch Bag brand & ethos at all times

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Interest in children nutrition
  • Full Clean Irish Driving licence
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Experience with Route Planning – GoogleMaps etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bubbly personality

Salary and Perks

  • Company car
  • €40,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 to 16:30

Locations: Galway area

Work type: In person, on the road
