What is the Role:
A Reward Manager vacancy exists in the Group Reward Team. AIB Reward is responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing review of reward across AIB and provides direct support to the business, Human Resources and the Remuneration Committee on all aspects of reward.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Reward who can demonstrate expertise in total reward best practice, benchmarking methodologies, numerical and data modelling skills.
Key accountabilities;
- Assisting with the design of the Reward strategy in line with external practice and internal needs and trends
- Extract, model and interpret reward data from AIB’s HR system (SAP); conducting complex analysis using multiple sources of data
- Supporting with the development and implementation of Reward and Benefit policies
- Building trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers
- Provide input to the creation of Remuneration Committee papers
- Forecasting and managing costs effectively, always being cost conscious
- Prepare ongoing reports for internal and external stakeholders highlighting key trends and providing explanations
- Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and customers
- Provide input to external reward surveys and interpret trends and movements in survey outputs
- Interpret key external benchmark data as required by the business and the Remuneration Committee
What you Will Bring ;
- 5+ years’ experience working within Reward
- Experience managing others
- Experience analysing and using data to drive and deliver appropriate customer facing solutions
- Be experienced in working with leading benchmarking methodologies
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to continuously drive change and improve processes
- Be a strong team player, committed to being strongly customer focused while developing solutions and processes which are fit for purpose, cost effective and compliant with internal policy and external regulations
