Join us as a Risk Systems & Data Analyst:

Working in the Three Ireland Governance & Security team, the Risk Systems & Data Analyst will provide in depth, customer focused, risk-based analysis in support of our risk management and margin growth objectives.

Reporting directly to the Credit Risk Manager, you will join a fast paced and energetic team making a real impact to the success and profitability of Three’s Business operations.

What else it involves:

  • Performance of data analysis to help identify and assess our customer risk management policies and system rules.
  • Monitor and report upon established KPIs to assist in the monitoring of performance v budget.
  • Liaise with other departmental areas to gather information on planned business changes which may impact upon customer risk management strategies.
  • Update consumer risk management system rules based on planned business changes, latest reporting metrics and budgeted targets.
  • Manage queries in respect of customer risk management strategies and rules.
  • Liaise with third party vendors in the management of system change requests, including planning, testing and deployment activities.
  • Work closely with other project teams to help ensure that customer risk management requirements are aligned with proposed solutions and development roadmaps.
  • Research external industry developments in data analysis and share knowledge amongst team members.
  • Other ad hoc projects as required in support of the team Manager.

The skills we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in the performance of data analysis in a fast paced, consumer focused environment.
  • Excellent planning, communication & organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Solution focused with evidence of providing insightful analysis.
  • Excellent reporting writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the use of the latest data analysis tools (for example, Microsoft suite) an advantage.
