Sales Administrative Assistant

We are seeking applications for the role of SalesAdministrative Assistant. Reporting to the Sales Office Supervisor the successful candidate will support the Sales team to meet revenue targets and required levels of customer service. This is a Fixed Term contract opportunity with a planned commencement date in February 2021.

This role will suit a highly organized, dependable individual with proven attention to detail skills and a high degree of competency in MS Excel. Adherence to procedures and a consistently high level of accuracy are key requirements. Effective time management, task prioritisation and the capacity to respond to changing demands in a timely manner are all essential skills that the successful applicant must possess. The ability to successfully engage with all levels of the Sales team is essential

Essential requirements:

At least two years' general administrative experience

Experience in Sales or similar environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language

Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
