As a Sales Administrator, you'll support the Head of Sales and the Closing Team to bring resolution to customer issues and support the administrative duties. This is a specified purpose contract role.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Liaise with purchasers in relation to snagging, closing of the sale on their properties, and general queries
  • Liaise with third parties (i.e. Solicitors, County Councils, Housing Agencies, Architects, Sales Agents, Site, Utility Companies)
  • Coordinate paperwork for closing of sales
  • Support the Aftercare Team throughout the closings process, i.e. help coordinate the handover of keys, welcome packs, utility accounts
  • Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, always delivering a first-class customer service
  • Manage various inboxes and multiple requests, as well as updating our CRM system
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with buyers, site, and contractors, ensuring any works are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Deal with any customer complaints that arise
  • Visit sites when required
  • Attend meetings/calls, recording minutes, and providing general admin support
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing role
  • Experience in the construction sector a distinct advantage
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Flexibility in a team environment and a willingness to take on extra work as required
  • Requirement to work outside normal hours on occasion
  • Positive, enthusiastic, energetic, and solutions focused
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driver’s license and full-time access to a car
