As part of the Dell Financial Services Graduate Program the successful candidate will complete a series of rotations across the business and work on cross functional project teams. This will give the successful candidates a broad scope of experience over a 2 year period which will allow them to develop, thrive, and realise their full potential in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.
We are looking for a driven self-starter. We will give you all the tools required to be a success in your role and it will be you who will scope, design, and build your role, under the guidance and direction of your Line Manager. You will be comfortable with change and will thrive working in an environment where you have to think on your feet, and meet challenging targets quickly and effectively.
What you’ll achieve
Sales - The Internal Sales Representative is to act as an ambassador for Dell Financial Service with the Dell Medium Business Sales organisation. This person will be responsible for educating the sales team around our financial portfolio and thus changing sales behaviors. The person will act as an enabler to our customers to procure their business via a range of payment solutions.
Marketing - The mission of this part of the role is to own (recommend, build, exexecute, drive and measure) the EMEA DFS Marketing internal and external programs and activities that are required to support the growth of DFS on Dell Technologies Sales: events, demand generation activities, brochures, social media, online merchandising, internal communications, Channel Partner programs.
Sales Enablement - Work on improvements to make our sales teams more effective and efficient in how they sell to our customers.

- Graduated in last 12 months in a related discipline
- You are a good team player who is keen to learn. You're ambitious, flexible and willing to push yourself with a growth mindset. You show initiative and can work autonomously and have strong communication skills.
- You have a strong drive for results and to achieve the goal, in the right way.
- Fluent in English.
- Being fluent in another EMEA language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch) would be preferable
