Sales and Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

Full Management of Autotask & Salesbuilder from end to end which includes: 

  • Creating quotes on Salesbuilder.
  • Creating & closing opportunities on Autotask (won or lost).
  • Ensuring opportunities are in the correct month for forecasting purposes. 
  • Reporting for the team lead on a weekly basis regarding new business.
  • Sending opportunities for billing when installs completed. 
  • Ensuring all new clients are set up on Autotask with accounts & credit check completed.

Administration

:

  • Organising sales calls for the team.
  • Joining meetings/calls and taking minutes then documenting accordingly. 
  • Obtaining telco pricing and saving details in the folder (both cost & sell prices).
  • Creating contracts and ensuring they are signed by Nostra contact and the client. 
  • Placing orders with the telcos for voice & data services. 
  • Documenting new projects onto the install lists for all other clients. 
  • Assisting the Sales Department with future sales campaigns & prospects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proactive and energetic.
