KNOW THE ROLE
The Sales Assistant role for Augustinus Bader at Brown Thomas Dundrum is about representing the brand in a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable way. The focus is on looking after existing customers while also welcoming new ones, offering thoughtful skincare advice and creating a positive, memorable in-store experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in skincare and luxury beauty, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Act as a friendly point of contact for customers at the Augustinus Bader counter
Offer personalised product recommendations and skincare advice
Build genuine relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Support sales targets in a natural, customer-focused way
Keep the counter looking clean, organised and on-brand
Help with launches, events and day-to-day counter activity
Approachable, warm and confident when speaking to customers
Interested in skincare, beauty and luxury brands
Comfortable working in a retail environment
Willing to learn and develop product knowledge
Reliable, organised and a good team player
Motivated to deliver great customer experiences every day
Previous experience in beauty or retail is a bonus, but a positive attitude and strong customer focus are just as important
