KNOW THE ROLE
Gerard Darel and Pablo Concessions in Arnotts store are currently looking for a sales assistant for an 8 hours contract working on Saturday. Our concessions are open 7 days a week and we also expect from all candidates to be flexible and available to work extra days of the week or the weekend, according to the business needs, to cover team holidays or sickness on a short notice.
Your role will include:
Welcoming and greeting the customers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sale service
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Keeping up to date with product information
Following all companies policies and procedure
Handling customers complaints
Processing deliveries, replenishing stock and processing returns in the stockroom
Handling all stock effectively and maintaining both brands stockrooms to an exceptionally high cleanliness standards
Opening and closing the store and the tills
Working as part of a team to achieve and exceed brands targets
Carrying out additional duties when and where necessary
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably within a premium luxury ladieswear brand as well as:
Highly motivated and passionate about our brands
Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact
The ability to multitask across the 2 brands and handle the pressure of a busy day
A willingness to learn and improve
Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
