KNOW THE ROLE

In our Arnotts branch we are currently looking for a self-driven, customer service focused, sales assistant to be part of our team on part-time weekend position in ladies’ shoes department. The role is of vital importance as it deals with our final consumers and must be carried out at the best and most efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving customers as they enter the floor

• Advising and assisting customers

• Closing sales

• Supporting the manager on duties on daily tasks such as maintain the standards of the shop floor and shoes on display

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 1 year retail (preferably fashion) experience customer service skills

• The ability to work well with others

• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

• To be thorough and pay attention to detail

• Sensitivity and understanding

• The ability to use your initiative

• Excellent verbal communication skills
