KNOW THE ROLE
The role is for a part time sales advisor for our range of Saunas (both Infrared and Traditional), Ice Baths, Chillers & from about 3 weeks’ time Pilates reformers. Full training will be given on all the products that we sell. The successful candidate will join a small team who work very well together.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, informative shopping experience
Engage with customers to understand their wellness goals and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of saunas, ice baths, and recovery solutions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous retail or sales experience preferably
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in health, wellness, fitness, or recovery solutions
Confident in dealing with customers
Proactive sales mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including weekends
