KNOW THE ROLE

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Dune London, delivering exceptional customer service while creating an inspiring and enjoyable shopping experience. You will use your product knowledge and passion for fashion to help customers find the perfect products while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by offering friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised service

  • Building strong customer relationships and confidently recommending products to meet individual needs

  • Achieving individual and team sales targets through excellent selling techniques

  • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards

  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Replenishing stock and supporting stockroom organisation

  • Keeping up to date with new collections, promotions, and product knowledge

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store

  • Supporting the store team during busy trading periods and maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

  • A passion for premium fashion, footwear, and accessories

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude

  • Confidence in engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods

  • A willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to the success of the team
