The Opportunity / Who We Seek

As a Sales Consultant within our HSS branch, you will be supporting the wider team with driving day-to-day sales; ensuring constant growth for the business. You will be applying key sales techniques and offering your expertise on our products to ensure customers have the right tools for the job. Building and maintaining relationships with the clients within the branch, you’ll be ensuring the maintenance of our high standards across how we present ourselves and the service we provide.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to all our customers and ensure they leave the branch satisfied
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, to ensure you can provide the very best advice to customers
• Supporting the wider team with sales targets, with a view to exceed figures on a weekly/monthly basis
• Checking and maintaining stock levels and availability
• Carrying out inspections and testing of tools and equipment before and after each hire to ensure reliability and safety
