Contracted Hours: Full-Time 38 hours per week

Salary: OTE £35,000 - £38,000 (pro-rata per annum uncapped earning potential).

The Opportunity...
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping customers find the perfect products for their homes while delivering exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door.
You'll combine your passion for people, sales, and great products to create memorable shopping experiences and achieve excellent results.

What You'll Be Doing...

• Delivering an outstanding in-store experience for every customer.
• Taking the time to understand each customer's individual needs and recommending the right solutions.
• Building confidence and trust through expert product knowledge and advice.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Contributing ideas and supporting store layout changes to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure the store looks its best and operates smoothly.
• Playing an active role in the continued success and growth of the business.

What We're Looking For...

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in a retail or sales-driven environment.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
• Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential—your attitude, passion, and commitment to delivering exceptional service are what matter most.
