• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and understanding customer needs.

• Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

• Well presented, professional, and enthusiastic about luxury products.

• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences at every stage of the customer journey.

• Build strong relationships and provide expert advice tailored to customer needs.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Work with beautiful diamond jewellery, fine jewellery, and leading watch brands.

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Support the smooth day to day operation of the store.

• Continuously develop your product knowledge and selling skills.
