KNOW THE ROLE

Zadig et Voltaire in our Brown Thomas Grafton street store are currently looking for a sale assistant to join their team on a Part-time permanent contract.

The role of Sales Assistant is an essential part of the retail function.

Connecting and engaging with the Zadig&Voltaire customers, supporting the day to day activities of their team and store.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling clients.

The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process, describing the product, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experience.

You will support the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees development.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging with customers

• Assist customers and maintain a high level of customer service at all times

• Demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services

• Maintain internal visual merchandising

• Ability to maintain excellent housekeeping standards in all times

• Work productively within the team

• Have consistant punctuality

• Be sales driven with strong selling skills

• Fashion retail experience minimum 1 year
