Sales Development Representative

Due to our continued growth & significant future opportunities, we now require a full-time Sales Co-ordinator to join our passionate team and help to take the business to the next level.
This important role will mainly be focused in three key areas:
- New customer identification & outbound prospecting
- Support in the on-boarding of new customers
- Supporting the wider Business Development team to reach its full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to get into sales and be a core part of growing the business. We have ambitious plans for the future and want to hire really great people to join us on the journey. As the business expands in the coming years we hope to hire for more senior roles from within the team and offer personal career growth opportunities.
We are very open minded as to who could be the right person for this role. Ideally you show lots of potential & will achieve great things if given the right support & trust in your abilities. You could be a recent school or early on in your career and looking to join an exciting, up-and-coming business that aligns with your personal values and interests.
Really important things to know:
- This role is for someone who is based in Ireland and canwork remotely from home.
- ·A small amount of travel may be required from time to time. This will include during the initial training period, attending trade shows and events as required.

Highly desired skills & experience (but not essential)
- Experience within a commercial and/or team environment
- Knowledge of food & drink industry.
- Additional foreign language(s) advantageous

DUTIES OF YOUR ROLE
- Supporting the wider Business Development team and ensuring the efficient prospecting and management of leads through to a successful close.
Growing the Business
- Developing New Business
- Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets
- Proactively making outbound sales calls to create new long-term customer relationships for the business
- Supporting customer’s onboarding
- Record all new important customer information in our CRM systems.
- Communicate with customers through phone, video call, email and direct message.
Working within the team
- You will work closely with the wider Good Culture team who will all support you to be successful. This includes other sales team members, the operations team, technical manager & senior management
- Upkeep of clear documentation on our CRM System
- Maintain up to date documentation of your sales processes
- Contribute to a positive working environment in line with Good Culture’s values and company culture; always being a faithful steward of the company and its reputation.
Role summary
- The role will report into our Head of Business Development
- Start date: Immediate
- Salary: Up to €25,000 (depending on experience); OTE €30,000
