Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for Driving Sales, Revenue and Profit growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services to the Retail and Wholesale sectors.

Although we are based in Longford, the successful candidate will cover the whole of Ireland, so this is a field based job. The candidate can be living in any county and will be expected to travel throughout the country. Occasionally meetings will be held in Longford. but mostly remotely.


  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies to Achieve Revenue Targets and Grow Market Share.
  • Identify and pursue New Business Opportunities through Prospecting, Networking, and Cold Calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Existing Clients, understanding their needs and Providing appropriate Solutions to meet those individual needs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to ensure Timely Delivery and Fulfilment of Orders.
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations and Proposals to Prospective and existing Clients.
  • Stay informed about Industry Trends, Market Conditions, and Competitor Activities.

  • Strong Track Record of Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Written Skills.
  • Ability to Work both Independently and As Part Of A Team.
  • Proven track record in building Great Working Relationships with Line Managers, Peers and most importantly Customers
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Verbal, Communication and Personal Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Handle and Overcome Objections combined with a Strong Business Acumen.
  • Knowledge and Experience of using Tablet-Based toolkits, CRM & Auditing Tools.
  • Full clean Driving License
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the FMCG Sector or a Related Industry
