Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Established in 1997, ÉireComposites and CTL’s expertise with lightweight high-performance composites enables us to provide a well-rounded service from the design phase to manufacturing and testing. We aim to provide high-quality, novel products and manufacturing services to achieve optimum results for our customers and partners across a wide range of industries including aerospace, renewable energy and marine.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and executing of an annual marketing plan whilst regularly updating the management team.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Develop and create collateral and implement across various channels including video content.
• Writing press releases and coordinating with news outlets.
• Website Management – update content and run analytics. (WordPress)
• Collaborate with the engineering department with commercialisation and dissemination activities for research and development projects.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting quotations to new and existing customers using Microsoft word/Excel/ERP Software.
• Create and maintain customer accounts including information management.
• Support with customer queries related to ongoing work.
• Other Ad Hoc duties as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant experience.
• Full European driver’s license.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe products, WordPress, MS office or an ERP system is desirable but not essential. Onsite training will be provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and the ability to work on own initiative.
• Willingness to adapt and help other departments as required in a small company.
• Open to feedback and eager to develop.
• Fluency in Irish is desirable but not essential.
