Job Title: TRI Equestrian, Sales Office Administrator

Job Summary

Full time permanent sales administration position (Monday-Friday) based in our Newbridge, Co. Kildare head office. The role requires a highly organised and detail orientated person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will plan and lead on all elements relating to administrative duties.

Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to help achieve targets.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth account setup.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and outstanding orders.
  • Administrative duties (Filing, Shredding etc)
  • Completing tasks provided by the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Equestrian experience essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
  • Strong Customer Service skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Proven experience working in a busy professional environment
  • Experience in MS Excel & Word.
  • Team player
  • Willingness to learn
