Job Title: TRI Equestrian, Sales Office Administrator
Job Summary
Full time permanent sales administration position (Monday-Friday) based in our Newbridge, Co. Kildare head office. The role requires a highly organised and detail orientated person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will plan and lead on all elements relating to administrative duties.
Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to help achieve targets.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth account setup.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and outstanding orders.
- Administrative duties (Filing, Shredding etc)
- Completing tasks provided by the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Equestrian experience essential
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible approach to work
- Proven experience working in a busy professional environment
- Experience in MS Excel & Word.
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
