To support our Advanced Surgical Therapy (AST) portfolio in Ireland, we are currently seeking a full-time, customer-focused Field Sales Representative. This is a highly rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to define and execute your own sales strategies across the full range of AST products within the Surgical Technologies portfolio—all while being part of a collaborative and professional team. 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic AST technology sell to the HSE and private hospitals within the defined area
• Fully understand the product application in relation to the Irish healthcare market
• Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives
• Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time
• Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market
• Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Sales experience with a demonstrated track record
• Ability to spot a business opportunity and able to persuade and influence others
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven record of strong cross function collaboration
• Driving Licence
