Sales Representative
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to join our dynamic team!
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be be expected to consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through building a rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to quality & compliance metrics. The role consists of working with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to new and existing customer leads that are provided daily. We work with some of the most prestigious and well-known companies in the world and you will beprovided with comprehensive sales and product training, as well as mentorship and coaching from management & senior representatives.
Working in this Market, you will be engaging with merchants in one of our client’s biggest and most successful markets, with a wide range of products and services available to delight your customers!
Salary: €29,432 with €40,000 in On-Target Earnings (OTE).
Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: Remote.
Start Date: February 16th 2026
Job Responsibilities:
- A competitive spirit and thrive under pressure, always striving for performance
- Proactive outreach to existing clientele with the aim to upsell new FinTech solutions
- Fully productive role - combination of calls (cold and warm) plus emails
- Pipeline management of a minimum of 200 managed opportunities with additional automated outreach opportunities.
- Daily and Weekly reporting to Operations Team Leader on pipeline and sales progress
- Forecasting on sales and revenue on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Ecommerce research and self-prospecting may be required
- Account administration & record keeping
- Maintaining data hygiene and quality
- Consultative / Solution Selling approach to calls
- Assisting clients with the integration of new payment solutions on their websites
- Adhering to quality & compliance metrics

To join our team, you need:
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of 1 Year experience within Sales or Call Centre Role to be considered
- Excellent computer skills including experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A suitable remote working environment with a strong/stable private broadband connection essential
- CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred
- Knowledge of eCommerce preferred
- Target driven & self-accountable mindset
- Outgoing and confident personality
