Please note: this role is a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract.
What you'll do
- Managing and completing reports required by the Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors
- Managing of meeting spaces in terms of bookings as well as set up for Regional Managing Directors/Sales Operations Directors
- Facilitate and organise large scale Store Manager & Area Manager meetings
- Administration support to Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors i.e., calendar management, correspondence, etc.
- Compiling and coordinating information from Head Office and Regional Distribution departments for communication to store
- Controls and checks on invoices prior to authorisation
- Managing stationary and uniform orders for regional distribution centre and stores
- Management and distribution of Internal and external mail
What you'll need
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels
Outstanding computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Flawless typing skills
A friendly, enthusiastic nature
