The Service & Sales Advisor plays a key role in our team to ensure AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day.
The position is customer facing and a full time, office-based role.
Key accountabilities:
- Take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting established service standards by collaborating with customers to identify suitable banking solutions.
- Embrace an innovative mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance processes and propose creative solutions.
- Demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ensure accountability for your work and diligently follow through on commitments.
What you Will Bring:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer relationship skills by engaging with customers and representing AIB with expertise.
- Show a passion for delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared objectives.
- Address customer requests, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries through multiple channels. While an APA/QFA qualification is desirable, there is an opportunity to achieve this as part of the role if not already held.
- This role is part of the Fitness & Probity Regime and Individual Accountability Framework, which outlines the specific requirements applicable.
