Our Sales & Advisory team play a key role in supporting this vision.
Key Accountabilities
- Welcome and assist all customers visiting the branch.
- Process payments, withdrawals, lodgements, and other day-to-day banking transactions at the cash desk.
- Support customers in setting up and maintaining accounts.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Promote appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Direct customers to the right colleague for specialised financial queries.
- Assist customers with IT systems for updating account details.
- Complete general administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and represent AIB with professionalism and expertise.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to fulfil customer requests, resolve issues, and respond promptly across multiple channels.
