Our Sales & Advisory team play a key role in supporting this vision.

Key Accountabilities

• Welcome and assist all customers visiting the branch.
• Process payments, withdrawals, lodgements, and other day-to-day banking transactions at the cash desk.
• Support customers in setting up and maintaining accounts.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Promote appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs.
• Direct customers to the right colleague for specialised financial queries.
• Assist customers with IT systems for updating account details.
• Complete general administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to fulfil customer requests, resolve issues, and respond promptly across multiple channels.
