Ifac Financial Planning provides advice and guidance to our members in the areas of Life Assurance, Pensions, Investments and Savings. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full-times Sales Support Administrator to join our talented team.
The Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of Ireland's fastest growing professional service Firms. Our Sales Support Administrator will work closely with our Head of Financial Planning – to drive the next phase of growth and client impact across the region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide support to our Financial Advisors in our local office and assist with sales support, paraplanning, and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory, professional, and legal requirements.

Our Sales Support Administrator will be a trusted support to out Financial Advisors and local office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Financial Advisors to provide a high level of service to new and existing individual clients.
- Sales support and paraplanning service to the Senior Advisors.
- Compliance procedures.
- Developing and managing relationships with insurance providers, clients, and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, professional, and legal requirements.
You will have:
- 1-2 years’ administration experience ideally in the financial services industry.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning CRM system.
- The ability to successfully manage deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- A passion for helping businesses achieve their potential.
