We have exciting new career opportunities for a Sales Support Executive to work within our Randox Testing Services (RTS) division, based in Crumlin.


Location: 34 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4RN.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.


What does the Sales Support Executive role involve?

• To manage a specific range of RTS customer accounts, providing regular contact, encouraging collections and maximising product sales.
• Providing Management Information to all customers
• Focus on Medico-Legal customer base in order to expand our market share
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of RTS products and services, as well as competitor information
• Supporting tender proposals.
• Tracking existing sales orders and keeping CRM up to date
• Ensuring accurate sales forecasts

Full on the job training will be provided on our processes. There may be additional responsibilities within this role.

Desirable:

• Practical experience in a toxicology lab or drug testing setting
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Sales sector experience
