Sales Support
About the role
We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Sales Support team, working within our Foodservice division.
The Sales Support role will work with a defined set of customers across Europe, as well as supporting specific Account Managers and the Commercial Team on key defined tasks.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that customers are dealt with in an efficient, timely & personable manner ensuring best in class Sales Support for the Foodservice team.
This is a full time role, based in our Naas offices 3 days per week, with 2 days at home.

What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include project management, driving smooth progression throughout the entire buying cycle, and ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage the project pipeline in coordination with Key Account Managers, updating status, progress, and timelines within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient project execution and alignment across commercial and operational activities.
- Coordinate complex interactions with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Lead commercial data management, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date master data and records in CRM and related systems.
- Prepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materials.
- Maintain and update customer price lists, ensuring accurate implementation in internal systems.
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication, service accuracy, and support to Key Account Managers in improving processes and interactions.
- Support Key Account Managers in organizing customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations.
What you can bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous proven experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in master data management and SAP.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an advantage.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to flawless execution.
