The Role: As a Sales Support Representative, you will join a global team helping to support and streamline our pre-sales operations. Your primary focus in this role will be to support the EMEA sales executives with customer and campaign data entry into Salesforce, while prospecting new leads and qualifying them for the EMEA sales executives. Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines
  • Work closely with the inside sales organization to find new prospects
  • Effective at navigating a number of prospective tools and websites to identify key decision makers
  • Follow Sojern sales processes, products, pricing, and cross-functional operations
  • Develop internal relationships with stakeholders such as Sales, Account Managers and Product
  • Own Salesforce or Excel data entry for Contacts, Products and Schedules of the assigned Sales Opportunities
What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in business, marketing, or a related field)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a “no excuses” attitude
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently & cross-functionally
  • Must be comfortable and competent in communications to veteran sales representatives
  • Possesses the drive to participate and succeed in the growth of an extremely fast-paced, exciting company
  • Hands-on experience using is a plus
  • Digital Marketing experience a plus
