SAR & FOI Officer - Grade V - Healthcare Records - Full Time/Permanent

Criteria:

§ Evidence/experience in executing Subject Access and Freedom of Information requests

§ Knowledgeable in GDPR regulation, processes and protocols

§ Knowledge of relevant Policy/Law and ability to proactively review/amend Policies in line with updated Regulation

§ Ability and proven experience in data/stats analysis and report writing

§ Demonstrate attention to detail

§ Excellent administrative, file management and computer/keyboard skills

§ Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise/manage various tasks and project work simultaneously

§ Be able to identify potential difficulties and formulate solutions

§ Confidence to liaise cross functionally and to make informed decisions in a timely fashion under pressure

§ A team player with a positive and flexible attitude

§ Willingness to support across other key areas and grow in the role to meet the expanding demands of the hospital

§ Relevant training/Level 6 qualification advantageous

§ Experience in staff management desirable in an administration/operational/clerical setting
