Scanning Supervisor, Month
The Role
This is a Maternity Cover role on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
As a Scanning Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day Scanning Team’s operation and performance, ensuring that work orders are completed accurately and on time. In addition, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
- People management of the Scanning team including performance, workloads, schedules, absences etc…
- Maintain a highly clean and presentable scanning bureau at all times.
- Manage all existing and recurring scanning requirements.
- Manage stock and ensure replacement orders are delivered on time.
- Ensure maintenance schedules on all equipment are completed and that all recommended repairs are actioned.
- Complete scanning log sheets in conjunction with daily work undertaken.
- Ensure all jobs are undertaken and completed in accordance with relevant specified instructions, procedures, and client contracts/requirements.
- Daily reconciliation and reporting of uploads to customers’ and internal systems, as required.
- Ensure all correct security arrangements are always in place in the scanning bureau.
- Build strong Scanning Team awareness around the importance of data and image security.
- Assist with training on software, equipment, SOP’s, Health & Safety and core company compliance training and maintain relevant training records.
- Provide induction training for new Scanning Team members.
- Understand, and be proficient in, the technical capabilities of the scanner models in use.
- Be proficient in the implementation and operation of Kofax and Kodak scan software.
- Escalate to management any issues requiring attention.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation both internally and with clients.
- Experience managing teams in high activity environment is preferred
- Able to build and develop successful long-term relationship with clients, and teams within OASIS.
- Able to work independently under own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Excellent task management skills
- Results orientated with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database applications.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
