Scheduled Care Manager

· Have a minimum of 3 years’ satisfactory experience within patient services environment.· Previous experience of working in an administration environment within a healthcare environment.

· Experienced in dealing with service users.

· Experience in using computer based systems (MS Office, Email) including extensive experience of equivalent e-learning systems.

· Strong working experience of IPMS & MNCMS and other HSE Systems.· Experienced in liaising with staff at all levels in an organisation.

· Experience with supporting audits (both internal and external) and being able to provide evidence of training as required for same.
