Scheduler Clerical Officer Grade IV

Full Time, 1 Year Fixed-Term contract - Swords

We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a year fixed term scheduler role to join the CRC team.

The role is to provide administrative and scheduling support within a service area, ensuring efficient coordination of appointments, staff rotas, or service activities. The role contributes to the smooth running of the CDNT service through effective organisation, communication, and record management.

Essential requirements are:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative within a structured environment
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, scheduling systems, patient systems where relevant)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadline
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
