Function: Scheduling Coordinator

Reporting to: Enterprise Scheduling Supervisor

Pay Rate: €24 Per Hour

Type of contract: LTD (can work via Umbrella company)

Initial contract length: 12 months

As an Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of service delivery-ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently, services run smoothly, and customers receive the highest level of support. You'll work in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to keep operations running seamlessly.

• Coordinate and host service visits, managing permits and logistics
• Be the first point of contact for scheduling and operational queries
• Maintain accurate inventory and service records
• Track costs, raise purchase orders, and reconcile service data
• Use tools like SAP CRM and SmartSheet to manage schedules and metrics
• Support vendor inductions and ensure compliance with site protocols.

• Third-level qualification (science background a plus!)
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, Smart Sheet preferred)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence
