Scheduling Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Co-Ordinating and scheduling of all billable non-pod/non-dedicated resources across the whole business.
  • Assist the Manage Service Teams & Contractor Scheduling on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
  • Co-Ordinate the schedule to have a 4-week lead time.
  • Balance short term and longer-term scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to drive the work schedule.
  • Proactively call out and inform stakeholders of any gaps in schedule.
  • Collaborate with procurement and accounts to ensure stock is available on time and tracked to delivery to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Coordinate client communication for the work schedule.
  • Ensure full scope of work is defined.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are kept fully informed.
  • Ensure team documentation and reports are completed on time.
  • Daily reporting to management to ensure schedules are filled.
  • Lead and build out this department with a hands-on mentality.
  • Work with People Experience Department to architect the growth of the department.
  • Work with People Experience Department to recruit, train and lead the team.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills. 
  • Experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Orientation. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting. 
  • Process Improvement. 
  • Critical Thinking. 
  • Experience leading a team is an advantage.
