Scheduling Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities:
- Co-Ordinating and scheduling of all billable non-pod/non-dedicated resources across the whole business.
- Assist the Manage Service Teams & Contractor Scheduling on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Co-Ordinate the schedule to have a 4-week lead time.
- Balance short term and longer-term scheduling needs.
- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to drive the work schedule.
- Proactively call out and inform stakeholders of any gaps in schedule.
- Collaborate with procurement and accounts to ensure stock is available on time and tracked to delivery to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Coordinate client communication for the work schedule.
- Ensure full scope of work is defined.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are kept fully informed.
- Ensure team documentation and reports are completed on time.
- Daily reporting to management to ensure schedules are filled.
- Lead and build out this department with a hands-on mentality.
- Work with People Experience Department to architect the growth of the department.
- Work with People Experience Department to recruit, train and lead the team.
