Scheduling Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of operational and technical training to a wide range of internal and external clients, including TLI network operators, SMART Metering Subcontractors,

Follow the in-house procedures for designing and delivering courses to specified standards, across a variety of technical fields including, but not limited to, systems, planning, scheduling, engagement with electricians, reporting and supporting team colleagues.

To develop new training packages to meet TLI requirements e.g. bespoke courses developed around new working systems of work.

Develop and prepare all course material and practical facilities in advance of the delivery of new and existing courses.

Assess and make recommendations for probationary reviews

Coach and mentor new starters until they become a competent worker

Be responsible for the health and safety of your work environment, equipment and delegates during your training sessions.

Review the feedback from the individuals, team and leader and implement changes

All other administrative services requested by other departments, line manager and as authorised by manager.

Responsible to the Project Lead for ensuring operational safety in accordance with company policy and safety vision of Everyone Home Safe Every Day

Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are fit for purpose and reviewed regularly

Ensure the risks and control measures associated with the company’s activities are identified and that management systems are in place to control them to as low as reasonably possible

About the role

TLI Group are now recruiting for a Scheduling Lead for our SMART Metering campaign in Limerick. This role requires previous experience in the field of scheduling within SMART Metering and experience of supporting, coaching and mentoring new colleagues. The individual will need to plan and deliver the new starter learning program. Delivering training to all levels of the team using your scheduling knowledge, whilst carrying out detailed design and development of course material. Supporting the SMART Metering division with technical knowledge and updates on new process improvements where necessary.

Implementation of the TLI Safety Charter and Life Saving Rules

Responsible inputting into the development of the planning portion of the company business plan

Responsible for the delivery of the planning portion of the company business plan in line with our Mission, Vision, Values and Policies
