Starting salary: £22,415-£26,686pa
Job reference: SCOOMH/0926
We're looking for an organised, people focused individual to join our team as a Scheme Coordinator. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support tenants to live independently and build positive community relationships. This is one of our larger schemes, supporting a community of 39 internal apartments and 20 external properties comprising a mix of apartments and bungalows. As a result, the role can be fast paced and demanding at times, requiring excellent organisation, the ability to prioritise competing demands, and confidence in building relationships with a diverse range of tenants, contractors and partner agencies.
No two days are the same. From helping new tenants settle into their homes and coordinating support services, to organising social activities and working with local partners, you'll play a key role in improving people's quality of life.
This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a genuine desire to help others. Experience in housing, community development, customer service, wellbeing, support work, healthcare, or a similar people focused environment would be beneficial.
