Scheme Coordinator, East Belfast, initially based at Hazelbank
(6hrs/week)
Salary Scale: £4,319 - £5,141pa

The post holder will provide day to day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme to help them live independently. Working 3 mornings each week, liaising directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment.
