Sea Logistics Revenue Care Specialist

Your Role

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to our finance accounting policies, driving profitability, cost awareness and efficiency across the Sea Logistics organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Revenue Recognition: Ensure timely invoicing and profit confirmation according to accounting policies.
• Invoice Management: Accurately check and index supplier invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
• FSL Closing: Coordinate with teams to close FSL files on time and address discrepancies.
• Standardization: Standardize charge codes and tariffs for invoicing and payables.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and consistent operational finance data throughout its lifecycle.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Initiate and resolve any discrepancies promptly to maintain smooth financial operations and prevent any disruptions.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.
