Set within 500 acres of Kilkenny countryside, Mount Juliet Estate comprises of two impressive five-star hotels – the historic Manor House and contemporary Hunter’s Yard. Part of the Autograph collection by Marriott, our luxurious estate is home to a Jack Nicklaus signature designed championship golf course, The 2021 Dubai Duty-Free Irish Open, the 2022 Horizon Irish Open, and the Michelin-starred Lady Helen restaurant.

We curretnly have a vacancy for a Caddiemaster, to join our award winning team

General Duties

· Be familiar with sales and promotional activity and up sell at every possible opportunity.

To be stationed at the starters hut on the 1st tee during busy days or on course

· To provide a friendly and courteous service at all times.

· Give the guest your full attention and a warm smile.

· To answer the phone/radio or internal telephone as per Company standard of performance.

· To handle any guest complaints in a professional and prompt manner, ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved. Management and supervision to be informed at all times if any such issues arise.

· Communicate course rules and etiquette in a warm and friendly manner.

· Follow through on starting times throughout the day trying to keep on time to the best of your abilities.

· To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery on the golf course.

Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests and golfers throughout your shift.

· To provide information on course events or maintenance programmes that have happened so guest is aware of any on course issues that may arise.

· To ensure collection and delivery of nearest the pins and longest drive markers at all times for correct groups.

· Replenish Tees/Cards and Pitchforks on 1st and 10th tee on a regular basis.
