Seasonal Bartender – 4* Grand Hotel

The Grand Hotel Malahide is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team for the busy festive season — including Christmas parties and special events. Must be over 18 due as the service of alcohol will be required.

About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service throughout our festive events. You’ll assist with drink service in our bars, restaurants, and banqueting suites, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.

• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent guest service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Your Role Will Include:

• Crafting a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails and beverages
• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
• Recommending drinks and offering detailed product knowledge to guests
• Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and health & safety compliance
• Positive can do attitude with excellent work ethic
