Role Profile Tirlán is looking for motivated individuals for temporary seasonal work at our production facility in Wexford, until the end of the season (approx Oct/Nov 2024). This opportunity will involves working in various areas of the plant and requires flexibility and adaptability. 

The successful candidate will be required to work on a seasonal basis and may be assigned to work day, evening or night shift work depending on operational requirements. We are seeking highly driven and self-motivated individuals who will have the following responsibilities:

• Running and monitoring production in the most efficient manner with a strong focus on up-time.
• Perform manual cleaning tasks to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
• Perform sampling and quality checks in line with HACCP standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 year’s experience of working in a fast paced, highly automated food/diary manufacturing environment where maintaining of hygiene standards is essential
• Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and to quickly adapt to new work skills
• Strong emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Diligent, enthusiastic and performance driven.
• Demonstrate proficiency in use of I.T
• Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
