Seasonal Operative

JOB TITLE: Summer Seasonal Operative

REPORTING TO: Airport Duty Manager/Car Park Manager 

DEPARTMENT: Operations/Car Park

HOURS OF WORK: Day Shifts 7am-7pm/10am - 10pm 

JOB PURPOSE

• Act as the first point of contact for members of the public and provide a BIA presence within the terminal, car parks and its immediate external areas.
• Provide an efficient service to all airport customers in accordance with company policy and procedures and to always offer excellent customer service.
• Ensure that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner and that any customer comments are communicated in an efficient and timely manner to the appropriate recipient.
