Seasonal Warehouse Assistant

Contract:

· Fixed Term Seasonal Contracts, August - December 2026

· 24-39 hours per week

· Hours rostered Monday to Friday but will include weekend work during peak periods.

Kilkenny Design are currently looking for seasonal warehouse assistants to join the warehouse team in Cork City.

Our warehouse assistants help to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make sure that every order leaving the warehouse is packed to the highest standard giving each customer the Kilkenny experience. In return we will support you during your time with us.

About You

You will have great attention to detail as you will be checking key details of luxury orders on a day-to-day basis. You will be hard working, quick thinking and have the ability to take initiative. You will be a valuable team player who thrives on getting the job done to a high Kilkenny standard. You will have great timekeeping ability with flexibility to support your colleagues with the end goal in mind. You’ll be responsible for:

Website

· Printing of online orders.

· Fulfillment of online orders.

· Details of requests to stores/special orders to be given to customer service.

· Maintain the website floor and the allocation of space for stock.

· Unpack orders and stock shelves as required.

· Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with Kilkenny’s Customer service standards.

Housekeeping:

· Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clear and accessible at all times.

· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.

· Managing the warehouse space effectively.
