Kerry Group, Charleville is home to one of our Dairy sites in the South West of Ireland in Co Cork. Our Consumer Foods and Taste & Nutrition plants are located on the site and form an integral part of the overall Dairy business for the Group.
Our Taste & Nutrition business focuses on technology based ingredients, flavours and integrated solutions in food and beverage growth markets supplying globally.
Our Consumer Foods business uses operational and marketing expertise along with consumer understanding to continually invest in added value meat, dairy, convenience and food-to-go categories.

What does the role of General Operator look like?
In this role you will be responsible for process operations, fault finding, fault rectification and escalating problems in the correct way. You will have awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance as well as internal and external customers standards and codes of conduct.
You should be able to work as part of a team and have good problem solving skills. Ideally you will have basic food hygiene experience and have worked in a food environment before. You must also have fluency in English and good verbal and written communication skills.
